I know of no one who defended Bill Clinton's actions - the only question about his behavior was whether it rose to the level of being an impeachable offense. But with Arnold we are being told that they are meaningless, youthful indiscretions - even though the most recent that we know about occurred within the past three years. Arnold is no more qualified to be governor of Kal EE Fornyah than he is qualified to appear in a movie that requires acting ability. And, yes, it is amusing that when Hollywood types support Arnold, we don't hear the Rush Limbaugh's of the world asking what qualifies them to speak out on political issues. Oh, wait, Rush is too busy consulting with Roy Black about his drug addiction problems, isn't he. Never mind. ;-) - -----Original Message----- From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us] On Behalf Of Jon Sent: Monday, October 06, 2003 3:51 PM To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us Subject: Re: [Leica] Arnold Actions : Monday John, What planet were you living on during the last years of Clinton? Where were you before Clinton's first election? All the "Libs", NOW et al dismissed Clinton's womanizing...Saying there were more important issues. > On another note it is nice to see the Hollywood celebs are allowed to make political statements when they are right-wing, but not when they are left-wing. When Arnie is recalled, perhaps the Dixie Chicks can have a go. I had no idea there were right-wing Hollywood celebs...outside of Heston possibly? And while you are tagging me a right-wing extremist please note that I did vote for Jerry Brown over Pete Wilson, Tom Bradley over Deukmajian...matter of factly the only Republican I voted for that year was Reagan!! > > On Monday, October 6, 2003, at 09:08 AM, Jon wrote: > > > .why is it "bedding & groping were never an issue > > with Clinton, Jackson, Kennedy? > -- > John Brownlow > > http://www.pinkheadedbug.com http://www.unintended-consequences.com > > -- > To unsubscribe, see > http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html > - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
