Mike I can't imagine you being busier than when I visited just over a 
year
ago. How do you keep up with it all?

I typically work 12+ hr days and have a fine staff that requires very 
little direction. 

I do take a bit of time off on weekends to go to the mountains, 
desert, concerts or remodel my home.
