The best examples I have seen are in Sexton's "Listen to the Trees". If you have a chance, go to a gallery that handles his work and look at an original. As to you image, I think it might have been improved by shooting a vertical and pull in more of the dark ravines behind the white tree. I should catch up by Tuesday when I have that set of film ready to scan. Also, though I've tried to focus on b&w images, I was too intrigued with the variety of hues in this image not to have posted it: http://homepage.mac.com/kip/PAW_2003 Thanks for all your comments-- Kip Peterson - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
