stop! you're both right!

I thought it meant before let's conference as in more than one person.

kib0itz (k*b2*ts) intr.v. kib0itzed, kib0itz0ing, kib0itz0es. Informal.
1. To look on and offer unwanted, usually meddlesome advice to others.
2. To chat; converse. [Yiddish kibitsen, from German kiebitzen, from
Kiebitz, pewit, kibitzer, from Middle High German ghbitz, pewit, of
imitative origin.] —kib2itz0er n.
