According to Leitz records, the 200/2.8 was discontinued in 1939. Kyle's
lens is an obvious Ukraine fake. The original 200/2.8 "wonderlux" was an
uncoated lens that was dropped due to the ability to see through clothes at
f/2.8. The americans paid Leitz millions to stop making the lens. The US
thought it was a threat to Homeland Security.
