Subject: RE: [Leica] Riefenstahl Dies

I met Leni Riefenstahl in 1972. She was interesting and very active for her
age. I say this as she had recently qualified at diving in order to work on
underwater marine photography.

Later, I saw her two pre-war films. Moral questions aside the photography
was inventive, beautiful and ahead of its time. I have never had an interest
in making a moral judgement on such people. That is for history.

The photography stands on its own.

All the best, Christian Hueber
