Subject: Re: [Leica] M to R adapter - is there such a thing?

I've wanted to play with these adapters as well. The only M-lens to R-body adapter I've found is a viso to R adapter which provides far more extension than I'd like. I'm begining to think about the machine shop approach - as one could make a very thin adapter. I'd like to find parts to hack something together.
