What browser are you using?

Frames are part of the HTML standard, and IE and Netscape have both 
supported them for years.  Opera and Slimbrowser (to name a few others) 
also support frames.  (Opera has the advantage that you can turn off all 
popups in your preferences!)

I use frames in my site and in 6000+ visits, nobody has complained about it!

Methinks it's time for you to upgrade!
