Netscape 4.7 and 4.8 are ancient browsers by internet standards and can't take advantage of new constructs and features which are used by modern web design programs. You need to go to www.netscape.com and download 7.1. I finally threw in the towel on 4.8 a few months ago and to my delight even the new mail program in Netscape 7.1 is better.
