Subject: [Leica] It's here

The Noctilux arrived today. I ended up buying it from a friend of a friend. Turns out he was a little
confused. I had been expecting the current version with the collapsible hood, but it turns out that he
had the last version of the one that takes the clip on hood, which is exactly what I was looking for in the first
place. I guess it was the current version when he bought it...

Anyhow, here it is. It's not exactly small, but it's not horrible. Proportionaly it looks a little like a Nikon SP with their 50/1.1
mounted on it. It's got a good heft to it, kind of reminds me of my Summicron-DR, which is also pretty beefy for it's size.

I'm putting a roll of APX100 through it, so we'll see what happens.

Pretty damn neat.
