Feli,
Honestly, I can't see any difference when using the magnifier. I
suspect it is about 1/2 stop when you consider a 1.4 teleconverter is 1
stop. But I have used it in rooms that called for 1/4 at 1.4 with 1600
speed film to good effect.

Does the 1.25 magnifier darken the viewfinder much? I'm guessing it
doesn't.

Thanks,

feli

> Feli,
I use the 75 Summilux with either a 0.72 Classic and the 1.25 maginifier
or an M3 (equivalent to the 0.85 mag close enough).
As you know the 75 has less DOF at 1.4 than the Noct at F1.
