Well, not quite "blue toned" it...more like heightened the
blue..:-)...Interesting take on the voyeuristic nature of the third...it
hadn't occurred to me....

The Cinemascope one works best, IMO.  Like the motion blur, the aspect 
ration, and even the fact that you've blue-toned it!  The only 
distraction is the clipped person in the blue shirt.

The first is too unbalanced and has no real point of interest, the 
third a bit too voyeuristic for my mind (distance to subjects, shot 
from back, telephoto lens).  Colour cast in third one is a bit too 
heavy for my liking.
