.... on the M7, I would like to add the following quote from the not 
so recent judgement of another LUGGER:

"the display is confusing".

He is right, except in the case where only the exposure time is shown 
and everything is within limits; when it is neither too dark nor too 
light to measure, and 1/1000is not exceeded and a few other things.

The MP display is a showcase of simplicity.
