Thanks Ted for the kinds words. I didn't use a polarizer. I guess really 
the sky does look like that. It does tend to show darker, especially around 
the upper half and corners. Is that part of vignetting? I don't know...

I seem to get more keepers now than before. It's a good sign :-) Keep 
pushing those shutters does seem to get them unstuck some times...
