Hi Ted,
I may just do that. I've been quite successful by going straight to
the top. When my wife's Palm Pilot gave up the ghost after only a
year, I wrote a strongly worded letter to the cheif cook and bottle
washer and in a few days she had a new Palm Pilot.

Anyway, I'll find out who the big guy in Solms is and write to him in
German.
