The job was done perfect and the price a mere $400 Canadian. Seems correct for a Leica service. On the other hand I spoke to our local university photographer who shoots with a Nikon D1.. something, and he tells me he had a problem with a blue line through his digital images. After sending the camera to Nikon Canada the repair bill was a staggering $3000. That is about half the price of a new one. For us poor struggling freelancers that kind of bill is a killer. I think I will continue to shoot film! Cheers, Kevin Argue - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
