If you want to be really precise, there's hardly anything interesting that
you can do without involving polymers in some form, and those definitely
fall in the organic domain.  :)

In the real world, the line between what falls into organic and inorganic is
almost non-existent.  For simple B&W processes, 99% of what you need to know
is covered in the inorganic area, though.
