God what a day! First I agree with Rei, and now MJS-
I am NOT an expert on UK cookery - but I have certainly heard English,
Irish, and Scotts refer to hard boiled eggs as "hard cooked." But maybe
in this post 9/11 world we have all become hard boiled? ;-)
