In an ideal world, an ASPH 50/2 that doesn't have the veiling glare problem (I know that this will raise a cry of 'but mine doesn't!!!' - that's fine and good for all of you, but mine DOES) and a slower 75 that wide open, is both useable (unlike the C/V 75/2.5 I owned) and can be focused even by gumbies like me.

Unfortunately, it will probably be an osmium-finish Noctilux weighing several kilograms to go with the 'For Sale Friday' Robin Millhouse commemorative Leica MP. The Honourable Mr. Millhouse is the Chief Justice of the Republic of Kiribati (pronounced "kiri-baas") made famous throughout Leicaville by Brian Reid's For Sale Friday declarations.

With my tongue planted firmly in my cheek.

Marty
