Phong -

I use the 30" Rotatrim Master Cutter II that I bought used at a used office 
furniture store.  It makes nice clean cuts and can cut through several 
sheets.  It has good built-in rulers and bars to keep everything 
straight.  The blade never needs sharpening.  The 30" size is handy for 
large sheets of paper and mount board.
