Only half an answer ...

The Gossen Digisix reads out in 1/3 steps or stops. So one notch before
1/125 would be 1/100, one before 1/60 would be 1/50 ... not that the
IIIf's shutter is so accurate that 1/3 of a stop here or there is going to
make any difference. Mechanical shutters are like that.

I use it and use it in incident mode all the time. Karen Nakamura has a
review of it. Search google for Nakamura and Digisix. That should get you
there.
