If that makes sense at all. Gee Mark, I wrote the original post that involved cat shaving. As I write this I have a large gray cat sleeping behind me, another on the sofa beside me. I think it was pretty clear in the context that some degree of hyperbole was involved. But I apolgize if it offended you although I just have to say lighten up a little and take things in context.
