with a little effort(try the site of aviation week and space technology)you
can find that answer easily.
The pentagon learned long ago that they need to control the media to engage
in regional armed conflicts.
The term conflict is not ment derogatory but just a statement of fact since
this is not a formal war is it?
One can not blame the Pentagon can one?
The techniques to control the media should be well known since the late
thirties.
I,ll try to find where the information technology went after ww2.
Lets see the V2,s went to Russia?
