I like the aspect ratio of the crop -- it works very well. Also, I prefer the greater shadow detail in this second version. But I don't think that the computer monitor does this image justice. This is the kind of thing you need to see as a high quality print, at 20" width, matted, mounted, and hanging on a wall. Then we'd look at it and go "whoa!"
