Martin,

I agree, particularly becasue Brian has set up the LUG Forum for us. A bit of an
amplification. I suppose that this is a fact of life on the net, but it bothers me.
On some mail lists there are are a group of what for lack of a better term I will
call alpoha typists who take it as their devine obligation to challenge and jump
all over anything with which they disagree. Sometimes I remain silent and don't
reply because I simply don't to deal with the onslaught of rhetoric and sophistry
which will be sent my way.

Somehow I don't think that the point of the LUG is to corresively and forceably
correct each other's political opinions. What to do about it, however, is an all
together question.
