Rob,

I'm saying that the grain on NPS is (illogically) larger than NPH, which I 
think is actually very fine grained for a 400 speed film. NPC is newer and 
I agree that it has very tight grain. I tend to use Reala if I need a 
slower speed film and it scans fine on my Nikon 4000 -- what kind of 
scanner do you use?
