I'm very much with Steve on this one - and, further, have to disagree
with those suggesting that with a .58 you can get away without an
external finder with a 24. One of the primary benefits of a rangefinder
camera is that it allows you to see what is outside the frame line; it
gives you the ability to anticipate the image, and to better manipulate
the camera to frame the image.

Keep in mind the truism that "the frame is all you have" - it's what you
work with in creating your image; it creates the image. No, no camera's
framing view is perfect- most SLRs are far from perfect. But using an
external finder with the 24 and 21 brings you much closer to having
accurate framelines within which to compose.

Further - While it may be possible to crush the camera to your face and
use the edges of the viewfinder to frame, you sure can't work quickly
and comfortably that way.

IMHO -

I do not think you will be happy trying to see the 24mm view, the 28mm
frame is hard enough for most to see. Consider buying much less
expensive Voightlander/Cosina 25mm finder.
