I suppose my wife put it out so carefully out of habit (she smokes, I don't ... I use snuff). In Scandinavia cigarettes are so so expensive, that one will snuff it out when you see you can't smoke any more, ... like at a meal, but in such a way that it can be re-lit. Why she does that I do not know. She smokes about 2 cigarettes a day, if that, so a pack will usually last her a month. Over and above that, I buy cigarettes for her in Zimbabwe where they cost a whole .10 (10 cents) a pack ... go figure > > Congrats on turning 50. I just did so myself a couple of years ago. And > nice shot. But scary. > The fat combined with the cigarettes does not make for a 60. I'm not the smoker ... and I RARELY get to see all that fat, so I'll make it :) Besides, if you pack in enough wine and spirits ... doesn't that balance out the equation? Opening up your blood vessels and all like wine and whisky does? Thanks! Daniel - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
