Kit wrote, responding to Sal's casting her as Gerda Taro...

"You do flatter me. As far as being Capa's loves, oh boy, even more
flattery! Perhaps that isn't the right word, however, given that Gerda
Taro was run over by a tank!"

LOL!!!

Subject: [Leica] Capa Casting

The Lug's own Kit McChesney, could play anyone of the following parts,
1.- Gerda Taro, The only real love in Capa's life, and an aspiring
photographer, before she was killed during the Spanish Civil War.
2.- Elaine Fisher, The famous "Pinky" is Capa's book "Slightly Out
of Focus." Pinky was Capa's girl friend for WWII.
3.- Ingrid Bergman- Capa had a brief affair with her shortly after
the end of WWII. Happy Snaps, Sal
