Well that's the photo I was thinking of Sal - but I wasn't at all sure
about the model...When did the Model I come out,and come to think of it,
what was the sequence, beginning with the A and going through to the
IIIG? Not a quiz, I'm just curious as I've never gotten it straight.

    Come on BD,
It's a no brainer.. It is Leon Trosky giving a speech to students,
in Copenhagen.
Did you know the pictures were shot on Kodak Panchromatic Nitrate
film and they were used as a full page spread in Der Welt
Spiegel,December 11, 1932?
However, by this time, the Model D with a built-in rangefinder had
been available since February. So, it's anyone guess. Since, he was
young and broke most of the time, I would think it was a Model A Leica
is used.
Lastly, It is my understanding, Eumig of Austria wnet out of
business. This is one of the unknown reasons why Leica had so many
problems getting the R8 winder & motor out.

Happy Snaps,
Sal
