As far as I recall, no...

I think the ACLU lost their attempt to get the ban struck down before the
event. Not sure about after.

Discussion was on Johnny's Streetphoto list at www.topica.com  go to the
streetphoto list and search for Lewiston and or Brock Meeks who brought it
up
