Tom,

Two suggestions:

1. Enlarge the boxes as they are to small to easily read what has been
typed.
2. Expand the selection of camera bodies and lens and have an "other" to
fill in.  ( I know it is a beta and you were going to expand this
section...mention for completeness)

Other than the above...I like it!!!
