While this is all very good and honourable, I think we've established 
through independent means (first hand reports from others) that Focus 
Camera leaves something to be desired with regard to customer service 
and the veracity of their statements regarding what they do and do not 
have in stock.

However, for the potential customer, there is a very useful resource 
over at photo.net called neighbour-to-neighbour.  It's a repository of 
comments from past customers to lots of different sellers.
