The best chap to ask this of is Tom himself. From reading his posts, he 
has worked out a way to have more of the parts CNCed. The "top plate" 
of the RW is now CNCed which saves him a good deal of time as the olds 
ones had to be cut out, assembled and soldered. Functionally there is 
no change that I know of.
