It seems to me that when something goes wrong, it is a great business opportunity for the business to KEEP a customer. .................. I heartily agree. I buy a few lots of film every year, maybe $150 total per annum. I'm not a big customer. However, when I didn't like a 100 ft. roll of Ilford d400 that I tried, they refunded the entire purchase price even though I returned an opened and partially used bulk roll.
