Actually, I have also always had a good experience with B&H.  I don't know
Henry though.  It seems to me that when something goes wrong, it is a great
business opportunity for the business to KEEP a customer.

I heartily agree. I buy a few lots of film every year, maybe $150 total per
annum. I'm not a big customer. However, when I didn't like a 100 ft. roll
of Ilford d400 that I tried, they refunded the entire purchase price even
though I returned an opened and partially used bulk roll. They get all my
future mail order business.
