I think it's perfect as it is.  Also I don't think a photo necessarily needs
to stand on its own, the explanation of what was happening made me enjoy the
picture more.

Looking at this photo not knowing that your wife is pregnant and your son is
showing where his baby is, there is an interesting thing going on between
your wife eating and your son showing where it all ends up.

Interesting image to play with that way.

In the interest of a peaceful home life, I'd still crop your wife. Well, I
should say if it were me, I'd crop me out! Daniel was right...women, food,
eating...not so much a good thing in a picture!

Gorgeous light, by the way.
