I use to shoot landscapes on Pan-F and Panatomic with an old M3. I used
a tripod regularly, as the polarizer I used extended my exposure time
into the very slow speeds.
I considered a great print in those days to be about a 6"x 8", size
wise. It gave me the feel of looking at view camera work.
