Lenswork Magazine is bi-monthly, black and white fine art, about 50/50 between stuff I really like and I stuff I go "eh..." Black &White Magazine (not the collectors' magazine, the British publication) is good, now monthly, focuses equally on portfolios and techniques, with some fair reviews tossed in for good measure.
