Slobodan,
I too, have always wondered this, as I like wide angle lenses/cameras. I
have one such candidate in the Envoy Wide Angle, a 6x9 camera with a
fixed 64mm lens (usually Taylor Hobson but occassionally Dallmeyer).
However this seems unlikkely to present the severe distortion/extreme
coverage that are apparent in this series of his photos, so I remain
unconvinced. I managed to pick up a new copy of his latest Thames and
Hudson book (published in conjunction with the National Portrait Gallery
I believe) for only 5 pounds this last weekend, a pleasant bargain
considering the new price is 48 pounds! Sadly there were no more copies
available... :-( regards, Jem
