It also depends upon which M6 you are using the magnifier with...I use
one on a .58 and don't have any problems...and I wear glasses....

To a certain extent, yes. It depends on the shape of your face and 
whether you wear glasses or not. I do not wear glasses and have to 
sometimes lower the camera slightly to see the meter display.
