Great shot. Leo - -----Original Message----- From: Robert Stevens [mailto:robsteve@istar.ca] Sent: Thu 10/10/2002 4:58 PM To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us Cc: Subject: Tuesday after the storm. Last Tuesday I went out on a sunrise shoot to get some pictures of a local farming community. To my disappointment, the sun did not rise into blue sky, but into dark overcast. The predicted clear skies had not arrived overnight. After a stop for a coffee, the sun started to poke out. Driving by this house, I was struck by the light on it. I immediately went to find a good vantage point to photograph it. The results are at the link below. http://home.istar.ca/~robsteve/photography/PAW2002/wk40.htm I used the R8 and 105-280 and Provia 100F to capture the nice light. A tiffen .6 ND grad was used to keep the sky down a bit. I waited until the low morning sun poked out from the clouds behind me and illuminated the house. What do you think?
