At 1:3 70 degrees agitation once a minute I'm at 15 or 16 minutes.
When you say it does not work for you could you be more specific?

The way it goes is if you are not getting enough contrast give it more time.
Like if you are using a higher contrast paper or filter than you are
comfortable with.
Next time you give the negs more time.

Too much contrast: less time.
