<sigh> Austin, you and BD simply seem to be conspiratorial back-alley
types with your approach to this.

Ethics work on two levels: actual conflict-of-interest and apparent
conflict-of-interest.

Let us not confuse the two. Erwin's statements in the past that he was
independent of Leica at the time were true at the time they were made.
That he has afterwards accepted a commission from them, IF HE DID SO IN
THIS CASE, doesn't mean a thing. Do you seriously expect him to contact
EVERYONE on the Internet when he received payment for this, again, if he
did so?

Cool it, gents. How many gunmen were there in Dallas on 22 NOV 63? You
guys must believe that there were seven or eight.
