I agree, Rob...Although I have to say that if there were another rangefinder
with Leica build-quality available - with Leica glass or the equivalent,
that camera's not having the flare would make it attractive....

I have had the problem occasionally, but not enough to want to buy a new
camera to resolve it. I'd say that it never impinges beyond a very brief
annoyance.
