You guys just don't give us non-anglophone a break do you ?
Good thing I was doing Scottish Country Dance and became
familiar with "Loch Lomond" (beautiful song - Check it out)

Reminded me a couple of years ago when Dan Post puzzled me with
"gummint".  I was confused for a while, until it was explained to me
that it's "government".
