Try to catch White Sands by moonlight. And don't miss the Amon Carter Museum in Fort Worth, great photography collection.

I have posted this but haven't seen it appear on the list so I think I used the
wrong e-mail account. The list has been closed? If this has appeared several
times accept my apologies.

My mind is going Dave. I can feel it...

I'm doing a road trip starting on Thursday, taking a car to my son in New
London, CT.

I have to go via Phoenix, however. I'm pondering driving down to Los Cruces, NM,
then up past White Sands, Alamagoro, Roswell (of course) Abaliene TX, Mephis,
Nashville, then jogging over and taking the Blue Ridge Parkway up to
Pennsylvania and from there (avoiding NYC) to New London.

I have a week and a few days for the trip.

If you know of any places I absolutely should NOT miss, or should absolutely be
SURE to miss, please let me know.

I'm taking one M6 loaded with Tri-X, one with Neopan 1600 (for indoor
portraits), and the R8 probably with PORTRA 160 and 400 VC (since that's what's
in the ice box).

I've never been to White Sands nor I have I driven up the center of the
Appelachians. I'm excited. Thoughts and recommendations will be appreciated.

My challenge for myself is to talk with people and do portraits everywhere I
stop. I intend to avoid fast food joints at all cost.

So: your thoughts are most welcome.
