Good try, Rolf!;-) But the R sales have been dropping for quite a while,
according to those Leica financial statements ...I believe the drop last
year - Pre-911 - was 18%...The line just isn't competitive in the modern
market. The M at least has the heritage and the lack of real competition
going for it. The reflex line has always been a Leica after thought....

But that's the point, isn't it? The sagging economy has hurt sales of just
about everything. Why single out Leica R sales as somehow unique in this
regard? :-).
