Michael,

Others have already responded to your basic question, so I will just add that
for a time I did use XP2 Super quite a bit but eventually went back to regular
B&W film, partly because I want to be able to exercise control by trying
different developers, tweaking the time etc., but mostly because I simply like
the look of normal B&W better than the chromogenic films. In the end, it is a
matter of taste.

Incidentally, when I shoot Delta 400 (the new formulation), I rate it at 500.
