We Americans see a number of countries in Europe using the same currency
called the Euro, same laws, and we see courts with jurisdiction between
countries. It very much looks as if Europe is some kind of Orwellian
melting pot losing its individual identities. Americans are not breed to
be so docile as to easily give over its internal affairs to an entity
called the World Court as Europeans have urged us to do.

Sam wasn't so far off the mark when he called Europe Europe. If you need
to know what makes up Europe, just think who is it that will accept
Euro bills.
