Isn't this how weaving was invented?

Nothing really just adding another spurious point to a spurious thread
about
a spurious subject on this spurious mailing list.

Feeling a bit philosophical this morning.

Compared to the pictures in the Hove Leica books they are masterpieces.

If one may be both honest and brutal, by and large the photography Leica
uses in brochures, etc., tends to, uh, suck. What I find truly
astounding
about Leica's marketing is that with the treasure trove of astounding
photographs taken with Leicas over the years, they use such crap in
their
sales pieces.

Please disregard most of my previous post. I just found the hands shots
on the Leica site.
I must say that I was disappointed with the standard of photography on
the site and can see no real reason for the project other than to
promote Leica, using famous names. One set of hands holding a Leica are
pretty much the same as any other set of hands.
